Who We Are

The communication infrastructure
behind those who connect Brazil.

For more than a decade, Flux Tecnologia has been the invisible backbone of operators, ISPs, PABX integrators and enterprises that demand rock-solid voice, messaging and service delivery — all under their own brand.

Our Story

Connecting people and ideas for more than a decade.

Flux was created to solve a concrete problem in the Brazilian telecom market. Operators, internet service providers, and PABX integrators needed robust, carrier-grade communication infrastructure — but rarely had the scale or capital to build it themselves. The market was fragmented, margins were thin, and the technology was in the hands of too few.

So we built it ourselves. From the ground up, Flux assembled an own-network infrastructure covering voice interconnection, numbering, SIP Trunking, Session Border Controllers and full omnichannel delivery. Not as a set of third-party integrations bolted together, but as a cohesive platform we operate and own.

Today, Flux is that infrastructure — delivered as a platform so that every partner can build, under their own brand, the communication service their market demands. The carrier behind the carrier. The network that powers the network.

What Drives Us

Three principles that have never changed.

Own Network. No Middlemen.

Every route, every trunk, every number flows through infrastructure Flux owns and operates. That means we control quality, latency and uptime — and so do you. There is no silent third party degrading your service without notice.

Genuine White Label.

Your clients see your brand, your domain, your identity — never ours. Flux is a white-label-first company. Multi-tenant architecture, partner-branded CRM, softphone and PABX mean your business is in the foreground, always.

Built for Critical Operations.

A 99.99 % SLA is not a marketing number — it reflects architectural decisions made every day: geographic redundancy, active monitoring, and Portuguese-language 24×7 support from engineers who know the platform end-to-end.

The Problem We Solved

Most operators still treat telecom like it has to be complicated.

Legacy infrastructure, slow provisioning and fragmented communication stacks were costing Brazilian businesses and carriers time, money and customers. Flux was built specifically to fix that — not with workarounds, but with an entirely different architecture.

Legacy infrastructure.

Aging SS7 switches and proprietary hardware locked operators into vendor dependency. Scaling meant multi-year capex cycles, not API calls. We replaced that model with a software-defined, cloud-native SBC and routing layer you can extend programmatically.

Slow activation cycles.

Provisioning a new SIP trunk or number range could take weeks of manual back-and-forth between vendors. Flux orchestrates that in days — sometimes hours — through a self-service control plane that puts operators back in command of their own timelines.

Fragmented communication.

Voice lived in one silo, SMS in another, WhatsApp in a third — each with a different vendor, invoice and support queue. Flux collapses these layers into a single ecosystem: voice, messaging, CRM and omnichannel routing, unified under one platform and one contract.

Our Approach

Everything that separates us from the standard offer.

We didn't set out to be another reseller layering margin onto third-party infrastructure. Here is what that decision looks like in practice.

Network ownership Rented capacity from upstream carriers — quality outside their control, costs passed directly to partners.
Own network, no upstream margin Flux owns its backbone. Routing decisions, latency targets and uptime commitments are entirely ours to define and honour.
Brand visibility The wholesale provider's brand appears in footers, emails and portals — creating friction and confusion for end clients.
Invisible infrastructure Multi-tenant, fully white-label: your domain, your colours, your brand. Flux never appears to your clients unless you want it to.
Activation speed Weeks of provisioning, manual order forms, and chasing account managers for number allocation status updates.
Activation in days, not months Route orchestration, trunk provisioning and number porting through a control plane — real-time visibility at every stage.
Ecosystem depth One or two products — SIP trunk plus maybe a hosted PBX — with gaps filled by yet another vendor relationship.
End-to-end communication stack SBC, SIP Trunk, Interconnection, Numbering, Virtual PABX, Softphone, CRM, Omnichannel, SMS and Verified Call — one platform.
Support model Ticket queues routed offshore, language barriers, and escalation paths that loop back to the same first-line agent.
24×7 Portuguese-language engineers Direct access to technical staff who built the platform — not a script-reading support tier — around the clock.
How Implementation Works

Activate services, orchestrate routes, monitor in real time.

Joining the Flux ecosystem is structured to be fast and unambiguous. Three clear stages take you from signed agreement to live, revenue-generating communication services.

STEP 01

Provision the trunk.

Your dedicated SIP trunk is provisioned on Flux's own network. Numbering ranges are allocated — geographic, non-geographic or service numbers — and your SBC peering is confirmed. No manual paperwork exchange, no ambiguous status e-mails.

Most partners are live on a tested trunk within 48 to 72 business hours of contract execution.

STEP 02

Configure the routing.

Use the Flux control plane to define call routing logic, set failover rules, configure white-label sub-tenants for your own clients and assign numbering blocks. Integrations with your existing systems are handled via REST API or direct SIP configuration.

Least-cost routing, geographic routing and time-of-day rules are all configurable without opening a support ticket.

STEP 03

Monitor in real time.

Full observability from day one: call quality metrics, channel utilisation, SIP response codes, SMS delivery rates and CRM ticket volumes — all surfaced in a single dashboard. Anomaly alerting is on by default so issues are caught before clients notice.

Total observability — not just uptime pings — across every layer of your communication stack.
Our People & Culture

A team that thinks like engineers and acts like operators.

Every person at Flux comes from a background in telecommunications infrastructure, software engineering or carrier operations. We don't sell services we haven't run ourselves. That distinction shapes how we design products, how we write SLAs and how we respond when something unexpected happens at 3 a.m.

Our culture is built around ownership. The engineer who builds a feature is the same person accountable for its production reliability. Support specialists have direct access to platform internals — no information gets lost in a handoff chain. When a partner calls for help, they speak to someone who can actually fix the problem.

Radical transparency with partners Incidents are communicated proactively, with root cause and resolution timeline — not after the fact.
Engineering discipline over sales promises We commit only to what the network can sustain. Our roadmap is driven by platform stability before feature velocity.
Partner success is our business metric We grow when our partners grow. Revenue share, white-label depth and platform flexibility are all designed with that alignment in mind.

Flux Tecnologia leadership
A Founder's Perspective
The question we always ask ourselves is: would a serious carrier trust this? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, we rebuild it until it is.

Flux was founded by people who had worked inside Brazilian carriers and understood — from the inside — where the infrastructure gaps were and what partners actually needed. That experience informs every architectural decision we make: from how we dimension our SBC clusters to how we draft an SLA, to how we price numbering for an ISP adding voice to its portfolio for the first time.

Building the invisible layer of Brazil's communication economy is not glamorous work. But it is essential work, and we take pride in doing it with precision, honesty and a genuine long-term commitment to the partners who rely on us.
