What We Deliver
Every layer of corporate
communication, unified.
Flux operates its own carrier-grade network in Brazil. From raw voice infrastructure and SIP trunking to white-label CRMs and omnichannel contact-center tooling — we give operators, ISPs, PABX integrators and enterprises a single place to build, brand and scale their communication services.

Voice & Network Infrastructure
The technical bedrock that every voice operation depends on — owned, operated and maintained entirely by Flux, with no silent middlemen between you and the carrier layer.
A network that belongs to us — and works for you.
Flux maintains direct interconnection agreements with Brazil's major carriers. That means your traffic travels on our own infrastructure from origination to termination — no re-sellers, no hidden routing failures, no finger-pointing during an outage. Our SIP Trunk is provisioned in days, scales elastically to your concurrent call load, and ships with full billing-cycle reporting at the channel level.
Our Session Border Controller (SBC) layer handles codec negotiation, topology hiding, encryption and quality-of-service policies so the edge of your network is never your weakest point. Real-time route monitoring lets our NOC — and your ops team — observe, reconfigure and reroute traffic without raising a ticket.
Partners activate a production-ready voice trunk in days rather than months — without sourcing hardware, negotiating carrier contracts, or hiring a dedicated telecom engineering team. The Flux network becomes your network.
Your brand on our infrastructure — completely invisible to your clients.
When an ISP, PABX integrator or operator resells a Flux-powered service, their customers never know Flux is involved. Every interface, every caller ID, every notification email — it all carries the partner's domain, logo and brand palette. This is white-label done properly, not a co-branding concession.
Our Virtual PABX gives each end customer a fully featured cloud phone system — IVR trees, call queues, hunt groups, voicemail-to-email, call recording and detailed CDR reporting — deployed on our multi-tenant platform with strict per-tenant data isolation. Partners can self-provision new accounts, adjust plans and add DDI numbers from a branded management console.
The companion White-Label Softphone runs on web, iOS and Android, presenting only the partner's brand. Calls ride our encrypted SIP infrastructure, so call quality is governed by our SLA, not a commodity VoIP provider. Verified Caller ID (STIR/SHAKEN) completes the picture — certifying that outbound calls display the caller's real, attested number, dramatically improving answer rates and protecting the partner's reputation.
ISPs and integrators can launch a fully branded telephony product — PABX, softphone, verified calling — in a matter of days, adding a high-margin recurring revenue stream without building or staffing a telecom operation.
The full customer journey — across every channel, in a single platform.
Communication infrastructure only creates value when it reaches the customer at the right moment through the right channel. That's why Flux bundles a production-ready white-label CRM and an omnichannel contact-center layer alongside the raw voice plumbing — so partners can offer their end clients one coherent platform rather than a patchwork of disconnected tools.
The CRM is multi-tenant from the ground up. Each of your end clients gets their own isolated workspace — pipelines, contact records, interaction history, SLAs and reports — operating under your domain and brand. Agents see every voice call, SMS, WhatsApp message and chat session in a unified timeline, eliminating the context-switching that erodes productivity and frustrates customers.
The Omnichannel module orchestrates inbound and outbound interactions across telephony, SMS, WhatsApp Business, web chat and email from a single queue and distribution engine. Supervisors can watch real-time dashboards, listen to live calls, manage agent states and pull historical reports — all without leaving the platform.
Contact centers and enterprises consolidate disparate tools into one platform, reducing per-agent software costs, cutting average handle time and giving management the visibility to make data-driven staffing and routing decisions.
Corporate SMS — direct route, guaranteed delivery.
Our SMS delivery engine connects to carrier-grade routes for transactional and marketing message delivery across Brazil — with delivery receipts, opt-out management and throughput that scales to millions of messages per day. No grey routes, no delivery uncertainty.

Communication API & Technology Integration
Activate services, orchestrate routes and monitor your operation in real time — all through a single, well-documented API that integrates into the tools your team already uses.
Provision the Trunk
Create SIP trunks, assign DID numbers and configure codec policies programmatically through our REST API. Launch a new customer's phone service in minutes from your own provisioning workflow — no portal navigation required.
Configure Routing
Define least-cost routing rules, failover sequences and time-based routing profiles via API or management console. Changes propagate to the SBC layer in seconds — no maintenance windows, no manual carrier calls.
Monitor in Real Time
Full observability: concurrent calls, ASR per route, PDD, jitter and packet-loss metrics streamed via webhooks or available on demand through the API. Feed data into your own dashboards, alerting or capacity-planning tooling.
What the API covers
Designed for
Software vendors, system integrators and enterprise IT teams who need to embed communications into existing platforms — ERP, BSS/OSS, CRM or custom applications — without maintaining a separate telecom operations layer.
The API uses standard REST conventions with token-based authentication, versioned endpoints and comprehensive documentation. SDKs and Postman collections are available to accelerate integration projects from days to hours.
Your development team integrates voice, SMS and routing control directly into your product — with no proprietary lock-in, no black-box behaviour and full observability at every layer.
